Land it in Forbes México, and Everything the Article Didn't Cover

The short answer. In August 2026, Forbes México published an article about Paula de Diego, founder of the creative agency Land it and the creator platform Conecta+. It is written in Spanish and tells the story of how she builds companies, and you can read it on forbes.com.mx. This post is the English companion: a short summary of the article, and a much fuller look at what Land it does for tech and SaaS brands, which the article only touched on.

The article is mostly a founder story, so if you are a brand trying to work out what we actually do and whether we are the right fit, it leaves out most of what you would want to know. I would rather tell you that directly, so most of this post is about the work.

What the Forbes México article covers

The article starts with a decision I made at 22, to build a company from scratch under different rules than the corporate world I had seen. It describes a team spread across Mexico, Spain and other parts of Latin America, with no office, and how I choose the clients we work with, including letting a relationship go when it stops matching how we operate. It also covers Land it, our six years as an agency for tech and SaaS brands, and Conecta+, the creator platform I am building for the Spanish-speaking market. The article describes both companies as profitable and run by an established team.

What Land it does

Land it is a creative and social media agency for tech and SaaS brands, from seed stage onwards, working with clients in the US, UK, Canada and Europe. We work as an embedded part of your team, covering the creative and social side of your brand so you do not have to build that team yourself. Over the last 6 years that has meant five main things.

Social media management. Strategy, content, design, scheduling, community management and a monthly report, built around a goal such as awareness, community or pipeline. This is the core of what we do.

Content, design and video. Short and long-form video editing, carousels, static posts, ad creative and reports. We also run what we call content maximization, where one podcast episode, webinar or founder interview becomes a full set of clips, carousels, graphics and captions for every platform. We do this for Fulfill, a logistics and ecommerce brand, whose podcast episodes become short clips and a long-form YouTube edit with copy written for each platform.

Creator and influencer programs. Creator sourcing, outreach, campaign management and full programs, built around creators who fit the audience and not only the follower count. We have sourced 10 to 15 creators a week for Tango and up to 30 YouTube creators a month for Eraser, with about an 80% response rate on the Eraser outreach.

PR and media relations. A newer part of Land it, covering media positioning, press, thought leadership and executive visibility for funded brands.

Podcast management and business strategy. Through our sister brand CreativaMic we manage podcasts from editing to distribution, and Land it for Business offers strategy sessions and audits that I lead personally.

How we work

Our positioning is simple: we don't work for your brand, we work as your brand. In practice that means strategy comes before content, so every piece ties back to a goal set before anything is published, and publishing stays consistent because that is what makes organic social compound. It also means you get a team, with a strategist, a designer, an editor and a creator lead working from the same plan, plus reporting that tracks the signals that matter, such as inbound quality, engagement trends and audience growth, and not only likes and follows.

Organic social takes time to pay off. The first couple of months are foundation, new reach and inbound interest tend to show up between months three and five, and the real pipeline effect arrives from around month six, when prospects turn up already warm. That timeline is the reason we like long relationships with the brands we work with.

Who we work best with

Our best fit is growth-stage tech and SaaS brands, from seed to Series B, and personal brands that are scaling fast and need content infrastructure behind them. It is also a good fit for marketing leads at funded companies who are deciding whether to hire an agency, build in-house or keep doing it themselves.

Work we have done

For Contra we managed social for two years and reached more than 6 million accounts organically, in under the first year, with a hands-on process. We have worked with Ownwell on social, design and ads, with Spoke on social and video, and with Lawtrades on LinkedIn content alongside their co-founders. For Remento we ran a creator program over a year and a half and eight campaigns, which came with a 150% increase in sales. Other brands we have worked with include Base Power, Blaze, Fieldguide and Pangea.

What is Conecta+?

Conecta+ is the platform I am building for brands that want to work with Spanish-speaking creators, and for the creators themselves. A brand publishes a campaign, reaches a curated community of creators and manages the collaboration directly, contract included. This is the second company Paula is launching and we can't wait for everyone to see it!

According to the article, the platform has more than 1,700 people on its waitlist and an active community of over 600 creators across Latin America and Spain. However the numbers when writing the article have massively shifted to +2500 registered and over 1200 creators in our community. Conecta+ is launching soon, and you can join the community at conectamas.lat.
